Bacopa Monnieri Extract

When caffeine and l-theanine were consumed together, there were significant increases in RVIP accuracy, alertness, digit vigilance response time / accuracy, and self-reported alertness compared to when caffeine was consumed alone. In addition, self-reported headaches, tiredness, and mental fatigue decreased .
