Customer Satisfaction Guarentee

We've worked hard on formulating a coffee that everyone will love. If you're not 100% satisfied after trying Krios Coffee, you can contact us at info@krioscoffee.com to start a refund. If your refund is accepted, it can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your card.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the refund. Refunds will not be provided for shipping costs and are limited to one bag per customer, excluding damaged or incorrect orders.
